Refund policy

Sealed items — 14 days You may return an unopened, sealed tin within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Opened items — not returnable For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened tins, or of any item in a gift set once the seal is broken. This does not affect your rights if the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered.

Damaged or wrong item Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, including any return cost.

How to start a return Email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} with your order number. We will confirm the return and arrange collection. Return collection is free for damaged or incorrect items; for a change of mind the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Refund timing Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show it.
