Shipping policy

Where we deliver We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship internationally yet.

Delivery cost Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum. There are no hidden handling or packaging fees.

How long it takes Orders are processed within 1 business day. Same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time, Sunday to Thursday). Next business day to the other emirates.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or public holidays are outside our control.

Tracking You receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

Failed delivery Our courier contacts you by phone before delivery, which is why a phone number is required at checkout. If delivery fails after two attempts because we could not reach you, the order returns to us and we contact you to arrange redelivery.
